I don’t cook at all. It’s a lucky day when my refrigerator contains more than a couple of apples and a few cups of greek yogurt. However, Sarah Britton is the chef I aspire to be. She uses the freshest local and organic ingredients to cook meals with such love; she might just be the inspiration I need to get me into the kitchen.
